Privacy notice

This notice explains what information Rhythms Splatters N Sips collects when you book a seat or send us an enquiry, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep this deliberately simple.

What we collect

• • Booking details: your name, phone number and (optionally) email when you reserve a seat.
• • Enquiry details: your name, contact details and the information you choose to include in a private-event or contact message.
• • Basic technical data: standard server logs (such as your request time and approximate location) needed to run the site securely.

How we use it

• • To confirm and manage your booking or waitlist place.
• • To reply to your enquiry and plan your event.
• • To keep the site secure and prevent spam and abuse.

We do not sell your information, and we don’t send marketing you didn’t ask for.

Payments

Online checkout on this site is currently a demonstration and does not take real payment or store card details. When live payments are enabled, they’ll be handled by a regulated payment provider (such as Paystack or your mobile-money operator); we never see or store your full card number.

How long we keep it

We keep booking and enquiry details only as long as needed to serve you and to meet ordinary record-keeping requirements, then remove them.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Just get in touch and we’ll sort it out.
